There are many things that could be the culprit as to why the vehicle is vibrating, and the potential damage can fluctuate greatly. If you recently got new tires, your vehicle shuddering could be caused by the tires not being balanced correctly. Tire balancing ensures the tire and wheel weight is. If you notice the tire shaking when you are driving, it might be a tire that is no longer balanced. If you can confirm that the tires are balanced, but the car is still vibrating, make sure the tires are inflated to the correct air pressure, and make sure the lugnuts are fully tightened and make sure the tire pressure is correct.
