The sales associate was very helpful. He gave me the time I needed to test put the vehicle. He went over the Carfax with me. He was very knowledgeable about the car and the availability of Honda Fit models. The customer experience was great. Just received my regularly scheduled oil change as a buyer of my 2019 Ridgeline from South Point. They are very prompt about letting me know when I’m coming close to being due. Scheduling was easy, although on Jan 2 there were a lot of “walk-ins”, which took it a bit longer to accomplish. I also asked for a tire rotation. They checked tread and found it to be close to recommended change wear, so they didn’t rotate and thus didn’t charge me for it. A great overall experience.

I didn't give five star because they didn't give a free car wash as they did in the past.

I bought my son’s first car from SouthPointe Honda! I had searched for months trying to find something safe, reliable and not too fast! Ha ha ha! I found an amazing 2009 Honda Accord, 1 owner and the car looked awesome! It was priced great too! James got me set up to test drive it wasnt pushy, super nice and didnt try to get me in the door to attempt to push a more expensive car. Service was very good, but time for a simple oil change was not acceptable. I left the vehicle at 9am and it was finished at 3:15pm. It looked like someone really overbooked today. I have used this dealer for service in the past and never had this issue. Hopefully, this is a one time problem.

I had gone to classic chevrolet in owasso before and they completely screwed me over with a 2021 honda accord for 727 a month. They told their lending company i made about 4 grand a month, i dont btw (Im 18 years old).But thats how they were able to approve me to begin with. I always wait for my car, and they always have either donuts or other food available. Coupons for service are available on their website and it didn’t require me to bring a printed copy, just mention the coupon. Thanks for always giving me great service! See you next time!

I highly recommend South Pointe Honda in Tulsa. purchased my 2018 CR-V (used) a year ago. The trade-in and purchase experience was one of the best I’ve had. Additionally, I’ve had every oil change and maintenance need done at their service department without any issues. They take great care of my car, and I never feel like they’re trying to upsell me.
