The waiting area was clean and comfortable, making the short wait pleasant. They explained everything clearly and didn’t try to upsell unnecessary services, which I appreciated. Overall, it was a smooth experience, and I would definitely recommend them for any car service needs.

Just had to do an oil change and tire rotation and they were very thorough. Even found a small leak in a tire that I had no idea about after going on a large road trip.

This is my second new car I’ve purchased from Southpointe. Feel like I am treated fairly with the price of new car as well as trade in. James was very helpful with information on the different models and getting them ready to test drive. Appreciate that he is friendly and professional and I never felt he was trying to sell me on one thing or another. The dealership sends out great coupons for oil changes and other specials.

We had the smoothest car buying experience we’ve ever had with Eli yesterday. He texted/called us prior to our arrival letting us know he would have the car ready up front. Getting my car serviced was a simple process. Service writer had a quick and efficient check-in.
The store was very clean, all the employees were nice. Chris Buck went thru all the checkout papers with us explaining everything, he is a wonderful service agent & will use him from now on.

Looked hard for why my AC didn't work four days ago be went back to working since then. I know they went to a lot of trouble. They didn't find anything, but even after all that looking, they didn't charge me anything. I love that kind of honesty.

I was looking to move on from my current vehicle and found a great deal for a new car at South Pointe Honda. I got a reasonable value for my trade-in and a discount on the price of a new CRV. I did find a scratch on my vehicle, but got assurance from the sales associate Jack and manager Marcus that it would be taken care of. Overall, my experience was great, and I enjoy my new vehicle.
I knew what I wanted and had no trouble finding it nor trying to be persuaded to settle for another vehicle. I was treated with respect from every person I had contact with throughout the process.

Great experience in getting the right 2025 Honda CR-V! Our salesman, Ed Small, was very professional and listened to our needs. He was great to work with and very knowledgeable about the features and functions of the different trims. He walked us through everything before leaving the car lot with our new car. Austin Spector was a great help in walking us through the warranties and financing options. He made sure we had informed understanding of everything. Very happy!

We have used south pointe Honda twice in the last few weeks. One was an emergency while traveling in Tulsa. Another was routine maintenance. We are well pleased with their service department. We have not had one issue. We can call a few days ahead of time and get in quickly. Their automated system is helpful to remind us of work and tell us when the car is finished. We feel like their service fees are responsible with today’s market prices compared to everywhere else. We have used another dealership near our home and had less than desirable outcomes. ...

If you are looking for a honest and trustworthy dealership I would most definitely recommend South Pointe Honda. Ed Smull was very very helpful. I had looked at 5 other vehicles before coming to South Pointe. Ed made my experience very welcoming and easy. A lot of these other dealers try to be sneaky about certain things but Ed was very straight forward about everything and I appreciate his time helping me. It took a big load off of my shoulders.
I brought my car in for service and was assisted by Matt. He did a wonderful job overseeing the repair! Additionally, I was in a surgical boot and he brought my car right to the door.
I took my CRV in for an oil change and tire rotation in July. The scheduling process was quick and when I dropped it off, the staff was very friendly. Matthew Armstrong confirmed the work to be done and took great care of my car. It was my first time getting work done here and I’m looking forward to doing so again. I showed up not expecting to get into a brand new car. After a very short convo with Jay he found exactly what I was looking for and even worked with me through acouple options until we found the best option for payments Etc. Thank you South Pointe for not being a car dealership that wants to take advantage of people. Russell was very informative and kind to drive me to the rental car company to return my rental car. He helped me in learning how to operate my new car and also took me for a test drive. He had a great deal of knowledge about the Honda Civic that I was purchasing.
