I really enjoyed my buying experience with South Pointe. The atmosphere was just right, not pushy or overwhelming and the environment was relaxed and people helpful and friendly. This was the second Honda dealership I had been to and the first one felt like a big box store, impersonal and in a hurry to make a sale, just disingenuous. The best part of this experience was AJ the attendant who took care of me at the front desk in auto repair. She was fantastic. The people in the parts department misled me to buy a part they had already ordered for me so I had to get a manager to make it right and get my money back. They did finally do that with some resistance to pay for something THEIR shop guy had me buy.

The service technician that worked on my vehicle was very nice and professional, they only did what I asked for and weren’t pushy about the recommended services like I’ve experienced with other places. He even listed out which suggested services would be higher priority than others from a financial perspective which was very appreciated!

I think the agency does a really good job overall. However, I have had my car in twice to have them fix a recall problem. First time customer for an oil change. Made an appt for 9am, was told service would take 2 hours. It took almost 5 hours! I sat there for 10 mintues when I first arrived waiting for someone to address me. No one called me to let me know my vehicle was ready. I have had to take my vehicle in multiple times to fix the AC, and each time the customer service was great. After talking with Gabe this trip, it was determined to be a warranty issue that South Pointe fixed at no charge to me. They do the right thing, and they have always been easy to talk to. My car was done in a timely manner and when they promised it would be done. They even arranged a ride for me so I didn’t have to sit at the dealership while waiting for my car. Really disappointed! Bought a brand new car and then drove it home to find damage to vehicle that South Pointe is refusing to fix. It's a brand new model with 11 miles on it. Lovely experience with car salesmen and finance dept Terrible experience with South Pointe Honda managers they lack any integrity and tarnish the Honda name.

I just took my Honda Pilot back to my Dealership, South Pointe Honda in Tulsa, OK. I was helped by Service Advisor, April Widener. April helped me as soon as I walked in and was very efficient. I had a couple of questions other than the oil change that I had the appointment for. She went to work immediately and answered all my questions. All of the work on my Pilot was done in a timely manner. I would highly recommend South Pointe Honda to anyone and especially Service Advisor, April Widener.

If you have any questions about maintenance on your Honda (I have a CRV EXL AWD), your questions are always answered so you can make an informed decision. Friendly check in. There for only an oil change and had an appointment. I was informed that they were two or more hours behind. Not good news to start out. I decided to stay because I live over an hr away. Two hours later they finished. Checked the dipstick to make sure it was clean oil. Seems good. Probably will return in the future but not on Saturday. Great price! St Patrick’s day special.

Took my car for a full work up service. Communication was super tough. 12 phone calls back and forth over a 3 hr period of trying to figure out where my “courtesy ride” was. The system seemed to be having issues which I totally understand. Took 3 trips to get my car serviced because they couldn’t get themselves figured out how to get me a loaner. I also request that I get an oil change while it’s in the shop. I call back the day they say it’s ready for pickup to ensure the oil was changed. “Yep, changed the oil” they said. Oil was NOT changed. So now I get the inconvenience of scheduling that to be done elsewhere. Such a waste of my time and gas.

Gabriel sent a video message of what they’re doing and what they recommend that you might need, he also saved me a few dollars with a coupon ! Would recommend anyone with a Honda to ask for Gabriel.
