We visited on two occasions before we bought. Jay Matsler was very helpful explaining everything about the vehicles we looked at and applied absolutely zero pressure during our visits. We got the car we wanted at a price that was fair. That Jay took the time to go over all the controls on the car and connect both of our phones before we drove off put a cherry on top of our experience. Jake was awesome to work with. He was VERY patient with us on our purchase of our new Honda Passport, and I am talking over the course of MONTHS. The purchase process was very smooth and easy. There was never a hard sell for extras or the warranty. If we said no, they moved on and didn’t try to push it. If you are looking for a new Honda, go see Jake.

I’m sorry that I can’t. There were a couple of things that needed fixed so I couldn’t drive it home that day. Service department mechanics are thorough however they lack empathy to the needs of the client. It does not take two hour to change oil and filter.
I felt like service was top notch at South Pointe. I was offered transportation to and from the dealership since my vehicle would be there most of the day. Kyle Powell was awesome and kept me posted on the progress of my vehicle which was greatly appreciated. The price was fair and I’ll definitely go back for any future services.

He worked with me the entire way to get me road side assistance covered under warranty and then booked an appointment to look at my car. He got the 2 issues diagnosed and remedied under full warranty and made things as easy and stress free as possible. These guys got their stuff together, go here.
