From the time I walked into the dealership until the time I left everything was great! I was there early and has not eaten, but they had donuts out for customers. Later they had fresh popcorn. Needed extra work done on my suv (was only in for an oil change). They advised what needed to be done and the time frame, I agreed. It took longer than they expected but advised me of this, was apologetic in a manner that showed me they were truly sorry and not just saying it. I forgot my coupon and they went ahead and honored it. I'm not used to this kind treatment from a dealership and I am grateful that they made me feel like they appreciated my business!

Bought my 2017 Honda pilot on 7/14/23. Eric Taylor helped me with all my needs, and I never even met him in person since everything was dealt with over the phone. I did the Cherokee nation employee loan, so by the time Cherokee nation issued the check, I just had to come and pick up the car, which took less than 5 minutes! Such an easy process! I did have some problems afterwards with not receiving my paperwork to get the tag, but it ended up being on Cherokee nations’s end. South pointe Honda had actually sent over the paperwork about 2 weeks ...
