From the time I walked into the dealership until the time I left everything was great! I was there early and has not eaten, but they had donuts out for customers. Later they had fresh popcorn. Bought my 2017 Honda pilot on 7/14/23. Eric Taylor helped me with all my needs, and I never even met him in person since everything was dealt with over the phone. I did the Cherokee nation employee loan, so by the time Cherokee nation issued the check, I just had to come and pick up the car, which took less than 5 minutes! Such an easy process! I did have some problems afterwards with not receiving my paperwork to get the tag, but it ended up being on Cherokee nations’s end.
